Face Yoga Teacher | Meditation Coach | Author | Founder of Rebecca Narvaez Face Yoga & Wellness

Hi! I’m Rebecca — a certified Face Yoga Teacher, Meditation Coach, and wellness educator based in beautiful Greenwich, Connecticut. Originally from Surrey, England, I moved to the U.S. 15 years ago and quickly fell in love with the calming energy of life near the water. That sense of calm now shapes both my life and my work.

I’m a proud mom of three amazing kids, wife to a wonderful husband, and pet-mama to two dogs. Life is full and busy - which is exactly why simple, effective wellness practices matter so much to me.

My Journey to Face Yoga & Wellness

My journey into face yoga and holistic wellness began through my own skincare struggles. I dealt with acne for most of my life, and as I grew older, visible signs of aging became a new challenge. When I discovered facial yoga, everything changed.

Face yoga gave me back a sense of control — not just over my skin, but over how I felt in my body and mind. Through facial exercise, massage, acupressure, and breath-led relaxation, I experienced lifting, glow, and a deeper sense of calm. Now, I’m passionate about helping others experience the same transformation.

my BACKGROUND

Before stepping fully into wellness, I worked in event management and marketing for large corporate firms in London, a career that took me around the world and gifted me unforgettable experiences (and incredible food!).

While rewarding, my heart was always drawn to beauty, wellness, and mindful living - and I’m grateful to have turned that passion into meaningful work.

  • Advanced Face Yoga Teacher — accredited by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists & International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine

  • Breathwork for Kids: Foundational Practices for Self-Regulation (Kids, Tweens & Teens)

what I do TODAY

Through Rebecca Narvaez Face Yoga & Wellness, I support adults and children with gentle, nervous-system–supporting practices that promote both outer radiance and inner peace.

My work blends:

  • Face yoga and facial massage

  • Breathwork and meditation

  • Mindfulness and emotional wellbeing tools

All designed to be accessible, calming, and easy to integrate into daily life.

I’m also the author of two children’s books created to support emotional wellbeing from an early age:

  • Nighttime Doodle & Scribble Book — a creative, calming journal to help children reduce bedtime anxiety

  • Happy Breaths, Calm Minds — a playful introduction to face yoga and mindful breathing for kids

As a mom and wellness educator, I’m deeply passionate about giving children tools to navigate big feelings with calm, confidence, and breath.
